Dispatch board
Twenty-three towns, one shop on Commercial Park Road.
ASR Mechanical works out of Tomball and takes calls across northwest Houston and the towns around it. The list below is the company's own, written the way a dispatcher would pin it up: the shop first, then everywhere else a truck goes.
What a call looks like, wherever you are.
Reviewers describe the same sequence from every side of the board. A scheduler who answers and understands that the AC is out in the heat. A technician who “called me in advance to say he was on his way.” A diagnosis explained before any price is named, and a cost given “up front”
Our photos show where that work happens: attic furnaces and air handlers, ductless mini-splits, and rooftop package units against an open Texas sky. The advertised lines of work are on the services page, and the shop is open every day.
