A technician diagnoses the system and names the fault.
A failed capacitor, a bad igniter, a frozen coil. Plenty of these are repairs, and a repair does not need financing.

Repair or replace is settled on the equipment in front of us.
Several of ASR's reviewers first called for a second opinion after another company quoted a full replacement. One of them wrote that ASR laid out what needed to be done and let them know they would NOT need a new unit.
